Full Sample Answer (2+ minutes) 🎤

I would like to talk about my grandfather’s job because I have always found it inspiring and respectable. He worked as a farmer for most of his life, growing rice, vegetables, and fruit on our family land. Although farming might seem like a simple job, it actually requires a lot of knowledge, patience, and physical strength. My grandfather had to wake up before sunrise every day to take care of the crops and ensure they received enough water and nutrients.

Apart from farming, my grandfather also worked as a part-time carpenter, making furniture for the villagers. His skills were highly respected because he could craft beautiful wooden tables and chairs entirely by hand. Even though these two jobs were physically demanding, he never complained and always worked tirelessly to earn an honest wage and support his family.

What I admire most about my grandfather is his strong work ethic and determination. He never had the opportunity to receive a formal education, but he still managed to pass down valuable knowledge about farming and woodworking to younger generations, including me. I feel incredibly proud of his dedication and perseverance. Thanks to his hard work, my family was able to have a stable life, and I have learned the importance of working hard and never giving up.

  • Mentally challenging jobs → Doctor, lawyer, financial analyst
  • Emotionally exhausting jobs → Social worker, therapist, emergency responder

Collocations 🌟

  1. Demanding working conditions(điều kiện làm việc khắc nghiệt)
  2. High levels of stress 😟 (mức độ căng thẳng cao)
  3. Emotionally draining 😢 (gây tiêu hao cảm xúc)
  4. Require extreme precision 🎯 (đòi hỏi sự chính xác cao)

There are many jobs that are considered difficult due to their physical, mental, or emotional challenges. For example, construction workers have to deal with demanding working conditions, working long hours in extreme weather. On the other hand, jobs like being a doctor or a lawyer require high levels of mental effort because professionals in these fields need to make important decisions under pressure. Additionally, some jobs, like social work or emergency response, can be emotionally draining because workers have to deal with difficult and sometimes heartbreaking situations. In my opinion, every job has its own difficulties, and it depends on a person’s strengths and abilities to handle them.

2. Do you think it would be beneficial to provide training to employees?

Ideas 💡

  • Yes: Increases efficiency, improves job satisfaction, reduces mistakes
  • No: Can be costly and time-consuming

Collocations 🌟

  1. Enhance employees’ skills 🎓 (nâng cao kỹ năng của nhân viên)
  2. Increase work efficiency(tăng hiệu suất làm việc)
  3. Reduce human errors(giảm thiểu lỗi của con người)
  4. Boost job satisfaction 😊 (tăng mức độ hài lòng trong công việc)

Sample Answer 🎤

Yes, I strongly believe that providing training to employees is highly beneficial. Training helps enhance employees’ skills, making them more confident and capable in their roles. It also helps increase work efficiency and reduce human errors, which can save companies a lot of money in the long run. Furthermore, employees who receive proper training often feel more valued and satisfied with their jobs, leading to higher productivity and lower turnover rates. Although training might require an initial investment, the long-term benefits outweigh the costs.

3. Do you think robots will replace human workers in the future?

Ideas 💡

  • Yes: Routine tasks will be automated
  • No: Jobs requiring creativity, emotional intelligence, and human touch will remain

Collocations 🌟

  1. Automate repetitive tasks 🤖 (tự động hóa các nhiệm vụ lặp đi lặp lại)
  2. Lack human creativity 🎨 (thiếu sự sáng tạo của con người)
  3. Emotional intelligence is irreplaceable 💙 (trí tuệ cảm xúc là không thể thay thế)
  4. Jobs that require personal interaction 🗣️ (những công việc cần tương tác cá nhân)

Sample Answer 🎤

I believe that robots will replace humans in certain types of jobs, especially those that involve repetitive tasks like factory work or data entry. Automation is already helping companies increase efficiency and reduce costs. However, I don’t think robots will completely replace human workers because some jobs require creativity, emotional intelligence, and personal interaction. For example, teachers, therapists, and artists rely on human emotions, something that machines lack. So while robots will play a bigger role in the workforce, there will always be jobs that require the human touch.

4. Is it easy to find well-paid jobs in your country?

Ideas 💡

  • Yes: High demand for certain professions (IT, healthcare, finance)
  • No: Competitive job market, many jobs have low wages

Collocations 🌟

  1. Competitive job market 🏆 (thị trường việc làm cạnh tranh)
  2. Well-paying professions 💰 (nghề nghiệp lương cao)
  3. Job security 🔐 (sự ổn định trong công việc)
  4. Require specialized skills 🛠️ (đòi hỏi kỹ năng chuyên môn)

Sample Answer 🎤

In my country, it is not easy to find well-paid jobs because the job market is highly competitive. Many companies require candidates to have specialized skills and relevant experience, making it harder for fresh graduates to secure high-paying positions. However, there are some well-paying professions such as IT, healthcare, and finance, where demand is high, and companies are willing to offer attractive salaries and job security. To get a well-paid job, people need to continuously improve their skills and gain experience in their field.
